How often is the availability data updated?

Measurements refresh every 4 hours, and each service shows the time of its last successful check.

Which carriers do the measurements run through?

Through Russia's main carriers — MegaFon, MTS, Beeline, Tele2 and Rostelecom — from probes in Moscow, Novosibirsk and the Far East.

Are the Roskomnadzor allowlists taken into account?

Yes. Availability is measured with the allowlists in effect, so the results reflect what a user inside Russia actually gets.
