What to know before buying
- Liability cap: the lesser of two: three months of fees OR the balance available at the time of the claim. That is the most the service will return if it errs — not the balance on your card.
- Support: telegram, 24/7 as a Plus-subscription privilege.
- Refunds are not supported. Money for a cancelled subscription may never come back.
- 3-D Secure is available — some shops decline payments without it.
- A billing address is provided — US sites require one.
Restrictions
Plus a reserved right to restrict individual merchants, MCC codes, countries, gaming services, subscriptions, marketplaces and crypto services. Google Play is unavailable while the App Store works. Disputing a transaction costs $45 each time, regardless of the outcome.
